Bathroom Renovations Perth's Northern Suburbs

Scope is a one-man bathroom renovation business based in Joondalup. Ben quotes every job himself, does the tiling himself, and books and manages the plumber, electrician and waterproofer for each stage. Because the work stays in the northern suburbs, he can get to site quickly for quotes, inspections and the small questions that always come up mid-job.

Suburbs we cover

We regularly work in Joondalup, Kingsley, Burns Beach, Iluka, Craigie, Padbury, Warwick and Karrinyup, and we've completed renovations for clients in Heathridge, Carramar and Waterman. If you live in Joondalup itself, our page on bathroom renovations in Joondalup covers the area in more detail.

The typical northern suburbs bathroom

Many homes in the northern suburbs were built between the 1970s and the 1990s. Their bathrooms tend to share the same problems: cramped ensuites, ageing waterproofing membranes, dated wall tiles and layouts planned around fixtures that are no longer made. Most of our jobs are either a full strip-out or a targeted refresh, so we spend time at the quote working out which one your bathroom actually needs.

Which service fits your bathroom?

• Complete bathroom renovations for rooms with failed waterproofing, a layout that doesn't work, or finishes from another era.
• Partial bathroom renovations when the bones are sound and only the shower, vanity or floor needs updating.
• Small bathroom renovations for ensuites and compact main bathrooms where every centimetre matters.
• Install-only bathroom renovations if you've already bought your tiles, vanity and tapware.
• Supply and install renovations if you'd rather one quote covers materials and labour.
• Bathroom design and planning to lock in layout, storage and materials before work begins.
• Bathroom trade coordination, included on every renovation, so you deal with one person instead of four trades.
• Only need tiling? Ben is a licensed bathroom tiler in Joondalup as well as a renovator.
